Below are the options presented to about 60 people – in a charettes meeting – before approving the Official Plan amendment in 2007. On the right is one of the options presented at the consultation. To the left is what Council actually approved – compare the difference!
None of the options presented at the ‘consultation’ actually match the massing and heights that Council ended up approving (the ‘Consolidated Ownership’ option comes closest).
